Essen, June 2019 – DIAG (Deutsche Industrieanlagen GmbH) recently moved to its new headquarters in Essen/Germany. In future, the international industrial services provider will focus on the fields of oil & gas, renewable energies, infrastructure and complex logistics solutions.
Together with his managing directors, Kay Hanns Ewaldsen and Martin Wiechers, managing partner Klaus Lesker, formerly a member of the Executive Boards of Lurgi and Ferrostaal, among others, has gathered a team of internationally experienced experts to restructure DIAG.
According to Lesker, “DIAG will first concentrate on the Ukraine, Central Asia, Africa and selected countries in South America. To do so, we will draw upon a network that has grown and been maintained over decades.”
From Essen and a further corporate office in Oestrich-Winkel in Rheingau, Germany, DIAG will expand its international projects and service business, but also develop new projects and business models as a general contractor and joint venture partner. DIAG’s most important shareholdings include Ferrostaal Industrieanlagen GmbH, DIAG Industries, the Australian company IPS and Euro Khan in Mongolia.
As an industrial services provider, DIAG has decades of experience in the fields of oil & gas, renewable energies, mining and infrastructure. Whether as a general contractor or in collaboration with joint venture partners, DIAG investigates development opportunities in selected markets, organizes partnerships and collaborations for projects around the world. The holding assists in the development of new business models and acquires shares in other companies.
